چکیده
The present work compared the agronomic traits, chemical composition, fatty acid profile, and in vitro fermentation characteristics of twelve accessions Amaranthus spp., belonging to A. cruentus, hybridus, hypochondriacus, tricolor, grown a semiarid Mediterranean area. Among accessions, Benin Arizona (A. cruentus) Pennsylvania hypochondriacus) showed highest seed yield (on average, 322.1 g m−2), while Taiwan tricolor) India Iowa thousand weight 0.81 g). species, hypochondriacus crude protein (16 100g−1), starch (51.5 soluble detergent fiber (2.03 100g−1) contents most favorable with short-chain (SCFA 52.6 mmol g−1) butyric (20.7% SCFA) production together lowest (4.93 insoluble dietary (12.5 content. level monounsaturated acids (32.67 Ohio hybridus) had levels polyunsaturated (44.62 n6-PUFA (44.21 n3-PUFA (0.63 100g−1). exhibited not only desirable nutritive characteristics, suitability growing conditions, but also potential beneficial effect. Nonetheless, it is recommended run longer-term field trials confirm these findings assess genotype by environment interaction either current or others from wide Amaranth germplasm available.

Evaluation of Potential New Opportunities for Herbal Plants as Natural Products on Rumen Fermentation Patterns in vitro
Two experiments (Exp.) were conducted to determine the effects of dietary addition of five herbal plants (HP) alone or as herbal plant mixture (HPM) on in vitro gas production and ruminal fermentation patterns. In Exp. 1, five varieties of HP (garlic, eucalyptus, cinnamon, thyme, and peppermint) were added to the diet at 3 different concentrations (5, 10 and 15% of concentrate dry matt...

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of different levels of aflatoxin on the gas production, in vitro fermentation parameters, dry matter and organic matter digestibility of sheep's diet. This experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 4 replicate per treatment. The treatments included 1.diet without aflatoxin and methanol (control), 2.c...
متن کاملAnalysis of the PPARGC1A gene as a potential marker for productive and reproductive traits in cattle.
An association analysis between T19C polymorphism in bovine PPARGC1A and productive and reproductive traits was performed in a population of 620 and 279 Polish Holstein-Friesian cows, respectively. No relationship was found with milk yield and composition. PPARGC1A genotypes had, however, a significant effect on lengths of calving interval and calving to conception interval, and the T allele wa...

Formulation and In-vitro Evaluation of Tretinoin Microemulsion as a Potential Carrier for Dermal Drug Delivery
In this study, tretinoin microemulsion has been formulated based on phase diagram studies by changing the amounts and proportions of inactive ingredients, such as surfactants, co-surfactants and oils. The effects of these variables have been determined on microemulsion formation, particle size of the dispersed phase and release profile of tretinoin from microemulsion through dialysis membrane. ...
